Discovery

We use cutting-edge next-generation sequencing (NGS) techniques for efficient, high-throughput discovery methods with minimal sample volumes. These techniques allow for precise genomic and transcriptomic profiling at the DNA or RNA levels. Additionally, we utilize Olink’s discovery panels, providing streamlined screening for protein biomarkers.

Sample throughput

We have state-of-the-art, highly efficient automated platforms for high-throughput qPCR assays. Our automated liquid handling systems and extraction processes, coupled with high-throughput analysis instruments, enable us to quickly analyze a remarkable number of samples.

qPCR and dPCR biomarker assays

We are a bioanalytical CRO specializing in qPCR and dPCR for quantifying viral, transgene, and other nucleic acid biomarkers. We develop, optimize, qualify, and validate assays based on each study’s regulatory requirements.
