Messenger RNA sequencing
mRNA-seq helps quantify and profile the active genes by detecting their mRNA transcripts, providing insights into gene expression patterns. Unlike total RNA-seq, mRNA-seq focuses only on coding RNA (mRNA) by enriching for polyadenylated RNA, a characteristic feature of mRNAs.

The lab is equipped with market-leading PCR and NGS instruments and advanced liquid handling systems.
