We perform challenging extractions that require optimization to achieve the necessary extraction quality and yield, or we use one of our optimized, automated workflows for common tissues and biofluids.
Our platforms
We specialize in genetic analyses and targeted dPCR/qPCR assays, either in singleplex or multiplex formats, including reference genes or multiple targets within the same assay. We also perform NGS analyses on genomic DNA, exons, targeted DNA, and full or targeted expression profiling.
Sample types
We have optimized automated workflows for high-yield and high-quality RNA and DNA extraction from blood and other common tissues. With more than two decades of experience in extraction, challenge us to obtain the nucleic acid quality required for your downstream applications.
We also perform bioanalysis for drug targets in advanced therapies, including cell and gene therapies.
Quantitative proteomics
Our Olink team runs protein antibody panels using Olink readouts on NGS instruments or qPCR sequencers. Olink provides a wide range of panels, including smaller absolute quantitative panels for immune response monitoring and large panels with over 7,000 proteins for discovery purposes.
Laboratory compliances
In compliance with GLP, GCLP, and ISO/IEC 17025, we have established robust processes for sample management, IT security, documentation, archiving, and backup of all vital systems.
