We offer BCR sequencing services for B-cell receptor sequencing, analyzing the full-length B-cell receptor repertoire or targeting only the CDR3 repertoire across IGH, IGK, and IGL chains. Our BCR repertoire sequencing workflow is based on RT-PCR and next-generation sequencing (NGS), running in a single reaction to ensure efficient and reproducible results. These assays support human and mouse samples, parallel processing RNA, DNA, or both for a complete BCR profiling approach.

  • B-cell receptor transcripts (RNA): Facilitates high-sensitivity detection of rare BCR clonotypes, enabling in-depth BCR repertoire analysis of active B-cell responses and antibody production.
  • B-cell receptor genes (DNA): Provides quantitative assessment of genetic copies of each CDR3-specific clonotype, reflecting the number of B cells carrying that clonotype in the sample. This is particularly useful for studying B-cell clonal expansion, BCR repertoire diversity, and immune memory development.

TCR and BCR sequencing in a single reaction

T-cell receptor (TCR) and B-cell receptor (BCR) sequencing allow for comprehensive TCR/BCR repertoire analysis, providing deeper insights into immune function, clonal diversity, and antigen-specific responses. By parallel leveraging BCR sequencing and TCR sequencing, researchers can study B-cell receptor repertoire diversity and TCR repertoire profiling, offering a complete picture of adaptive immunity.

Our workflows enable BCR repertoire sequencing and TCR repertoire sequencing to be performed simultaneously using a single RNA and DNA kit. Our high-throughput sequencing workflows enable accurate characterization of B-cell dynamics in various research and clinical applications.

As part of our BCR sequencing analysis pipeline, we use MiXCR, a widely recognized bioinformatics tool for processing raw sequencing data and extracting detailed insights into:
