TCR sequencing service
T-cell receptor sequencing services for the analysis of the T-cell repertoire and clonal diversity in immunotherapy, CAR-T therapy, and other advanced cell and gene therapies.
TCR sequencing services at TATAA Biocenter
We offer comprehensive T-cell receptor sequencing (TCR sequencing) services, analyzing the full-length TCR regions or focusing solely on the highly diverse complementarity-determining region 3 (CDR3) repertoire across TCR beta (TCRB), TCR gamma (TCRG), and TCR delta (TCRD) chains. Our TCR-seq assays provide high-resolution insights into T-cell repertoire diversity and immune responses using RT-PCR and next-generation sequencing (NGS) in a single-tube reaction. We support human and mouse samples, simultaneously enabling RNA and DNA analysis for a complete TCR repertoire profiling approach.
- T-cell receptor transcripts (RNA): Enables highly sensitive detection of low-frequency, rare TCR clonotypes, providing detailed insights into active immune responses and TCR clonotype analysis.
- T-cell receptor genes (DNA): Allows for quantitative measurement of genetic copies of each CDR3-specific clonotype, correlating with the number of T cells carrying that clonotype in the sample. It is ideal for tracking T-cell expansion in immunotherapy, CAR-T therapy, and disease monitoring, supporting high-resolution human T-cell receptor repertoire analysis.
TCR and BCR sequencing in a single reaction
T cells and B cells work together in the adaptive immune response, and their activity can be effectively monitored through combined RNA and DNA sequencing.
T-cell receptor (TCR) and B-cell receptor (BCR) repertoire profiling can be analyzed simultaneously, providing deeper insights into immune function, clonal diversity, and antigen-specific responses. Our approach supports TCR sequencing analysis, BCR sequencing, and complete immune repertoire analysis, enabling a more comprehensive understanding of immune dynamics.
We offer parallel RNA and DNA sequencing using one RNA and one DNA kit, allowing high-resolution T-cell receptor repertoire sequencing and B-cell receptor profiling for immune system monitoring in disease, immunotherapy, and biomarker discovery.
GLP and GCLP compliant laboratory
We are accredited for Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) by the Swedish Board for Accreditation and Conformity Assessment (SWEDAC) for qPCR, dPCR, and molecular biology. In addition, we are Good Clinical Laboratory Practice (GCLP) compliant to ensure the safe and reliable analysis of clinical samples.
As part of our TCR sequencing services, we utilize MiXCR, a widely recognized bioinformatics tool for processing and analyzing T-cell receptor (TCR) sequencing data. MiXCR enables high-resolution profiling of the TCR repertoire, providing detailed insights into clonal diversity, clonality, and immune repertoire composition.
Using MiXCR, we deliver comprehensive reports on TCR repertoire diversity, clonal expansions, and antigen-specific T-cell responses, supporting applications in immunotherapy, biomarker discovery, and immune monitoring. This software ensures accurate and efficient processing of raw sequencing data, allowing for in-depth analysis of adaptive immune responses across various research and clinical settings.
T-cell receptor (TCR) sequencing is a powerful next-generation sequencing (NGS)-based method used to analyze the T-cell receptor repertoire, providing insights into the adaptive immune system. By sequencing the highly variable complementarity-determining region 3 (CDR3) of TCRs, researchers can study T-cell diversity, clonal expansion, antigen specificity, and immune responses in health and disease.
