Olink Target 96
The Olink Target 96 panels are designed for targeted biomarker profiling studies, utilizing Proximity Extension Assay (PEA) technology for high-specificity protein quantification. The readout is performed using real-time quantitative PCR (qPCR), which enables precise and simultaneous detection of 92 protein biomarkers per panel. Only 1 µL of sample is required for each panel, making it highly efficient for limited sample volumes. Multiple Target 96 panels are available, each tailored to specific biological pathways and disease areas.
