Olink Explore 3072 consists of eight distinct Explore 384 panels, which can be run individually or combined for broader proteomic coverage. The Explore platform features a semi-automated workflow, where robotic systems handle pipetting, sample preparation, and dilution steps to ensure precision and reproducibility. The final readout is performed using Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) on the Illumina NovaSeq 6000.
