Olink Explore 384
Olink Explore 384 is a key component of the Olink Explore 3072 platform, comprising eight distinct Explore 384 panels. These panels can be run individually for targeted protein analysis or combined to achieve broader proteomic coverage. The semi-automated workflow integrates robotic pipetting and sample preparation systems, ensuring high precision and reproducibility. The final readout is performed using Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) on the Illumina NovaSeq 6000, enabling high-throughput protein quantification.
